DaBella contractors were pleasant and politely avoided the hard sell when they understood my position and the scope of the work required. They advised that they don't do repair work, only replace full sides or replace siding and trim of entire house. I had this same problem with "Angi's List" and my roof repair project, Angi sent me out full blown contractors who wanted to replace the entire roof. Now Angi and Home Advisor are one the the same. I consider this as an annoying strategy on the part of Home Advisor/Angi etc... to put large contractors on at the top of the quoting list when a customer (me) is looking for repair work, only to be confronted with well seasoned sales people bound and determine to turn my small project into a multi-thousand dollar unnecessary install. Good thing I spent 16 years managing a customer service and sales team otherwise I would be broke. I give DaBella a 4 for knowing when to stop talking and Home Advisor a 1.8 for applying marketing strategy over the needs of their paying subscription customers (Me)."

They were here working on my house for two weeks to paint and otherwise spruce up the exterior and make repairs. One reason I chose them, other than their many glowing references, is that Tom offers one-stop shopping: cleaning, repairs, and painting all done by North Beach Contractors. Tom has a talented and diligent crew. They were always here at 9 am and worked over consecutive days to completion. It looks like they did excellent work and they left my property completely clean of any debris. My house looks nice and I am very happy. "I love my new roof! Jasmin went above and beyond helping me to pick out the right type and color shingles for my house. She personally drove me around the neighborhood and told me what type of shingle and color I was looking at so I could relate to what I was seeing when a shingle was on a roof versus trying to imagine what a small sample on a sample board would look like on a full roof. She even brought over loose shingles for three final types I was trying to decide on and laid them out in blocks on my lawn so I could see how the shingles looked in a large patch. And if that wasn't enough she personally drove with me to a wholesale shingle distributor so I could look at a large supply of shingles. She really understood that it was a big decision for me and I wanted to make sure that I would be happy with the end product. This company offered me the best overall price for my roof job which also included rain gutters and a cricket (which diverts water flow away from the chimney). The crew showed up and helped move things out of my garage so nothing would get broken during the process. They laid down plastic sheeting to collect the debris that would be falling. They cleaned up after the first layer of plywood was laid down."

They were responsive to the needs as they went a long--putting a membrane on instead of torch down, replacing rotten wood discovered under the old roof, replaced one side piece on the porch. They did 3 roofs in 5 days and cleaned the area up totally. We would hire them again in a heartbeat."
