They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. We are in love with our wood floors, and thanks to this company we saved money and have the floor of our dreams. Forever grateful, happy customers."

"AAA construction is the contractor we hired to remodel our house. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, essentially the entire interior of the home. From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none. We met with many contractors before we sat down with John to discuss our plans and before Dustin came to our house to start the remodel. I can honestly say that we were lucky in hiring them. These days it is difficult to find a skilled much less honest contractor to perform even simple jobs. When you add the knowledge and experience they have I believe it would be very difficult to match. Their work ethic is what some of us would refer to as old school. "A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice.

"We hired Mallol for 2 projects. First one was polishing travertine floors and cleaning and waxing water damaged engineered wood floors. Both came out amazingly beautiful. Second project was repainting antique wood floors, cleaning and waxing engineered wood floors and polishing tile, stone and travertine floors. Again, amazing work.
