Buck was professional, knowledgeable, kind and incredibly helpful! He found a huge hole in our upper roof and helped put a tarp on it while we waited for word from insurance. (Which was a huge relief!) Replacement was fast! They were here within two weeks and replaced my roof quickly and efficiently! The crew was clean, kind and professional and my roof looks fantastic! I will highly recommend Buck to anyone who needs exterior home services! I will be using him to replace my siding in the spring!"

The crew of people that they have working for them and the subcontractors they brought in were all professional and courteous. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly and managed to get our roof done before the cold weather set in! The price was moderate but well worth the money considering how professional and expediently the project was handled. The entire roof was completed with architectural shingles including some major re-decking in 2 days! They also installed about 40 feet of wood trim. Everything was performed quickly and Bill kept us up to date throughout the entire process! I would recommend them to others."

"Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."
