"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

As soon as Tyler came out we knew we were dealing with a professional organization. Tyler helped with the insurance claim, met with the adjusters, and provided quotes for the claims process. eRoof?s quotes were competitive with all the fly-by-night operations that descended on neighborhood but eRoof told me exactly what they would be doing. Edgar and his installation team was great. We upgraded to an Edco metal roof so it took a week to replace the roof. They protected the house when they removed the old roof and cleaned up every day. The workmanship on the roof is exceptional. Communication was great - we had daily updates from either Edgar or Charlie.
