"Entire process went well.  Each and every time I communicated with Paramount, I got a quick and professional response.  They were able to answer questions regarding how to deal with my bar height overhang and creatively able to utilize invisible bracket supports to prevent the need for some type of external bracket or corbel support.
The price was competitive and the bid very detailed so I was able to make sure I was comparing apples to apples.  I especially appreciated the extra time and effort they put in to figure out how to eliminate two seams on the island countertops without an extra charge required.
Once we decided to go with Paramount, they directed me to a couple of granite wholesalers to choose the slabs, once the slabs were at Paramount, I stopped out to discuss the layout with them.   Bryan did the measuring, on a Monday and a week and a half later on a Wed. the countertops were installed.  Entire process less than two weeks.
Lisa's communication through the entire process was professional and always very timely.  
Installation went as planned with the install crew dealing with the invisible brackets with some creative problem solving.  Entire install took 4 hours for all 7 pieces.  Looks great and they look beautiful!  Would highly recommend to friends and family and would use them for future projects.

Cabinets for Everyone/ Vlad is THE BEST! We have enjoyed our kitchen for 2-1/2 years, and now we are getting ready to list our home for sale in order to move closer to family and milder weather in retirement. Everyone who comes in the door (realtor, stager, etc.) claims the kitchen will sell the house. I do not have a bone of "interior designer" in my body; luckily, Vlad designed the layout with the eye of a fine woodworker creating a work of art. It is a joy to work with such an artist. It truly is a beautiful, warm, yet efficient use of the space we have available. He did almost all of the work himself, including removal of a small wall, under cabinet lighting and recessed lights, new floor installation, new sinks, etc. - saving not only money, but time and hassles waiting for subcontractors to show up. He built fully customized soffits over the cabinets, and the walls / cabinet ends which add a special finishing touch. The granite top I selected from their samples is still one of the most gorgeous pieces I have seen in any kitchen. One of the drawers was not sliding exactly correctly, and he immediately came over to show us how to adjust it.

"We have been very impressed with the provider.  He is an excellent communicator and has kept us updated on when the work would be done.  Once scheduled, the work in our laundry room was completed very quickly.  We were not 100% sure on what exactly would look best for our room and the provider was very patient and diligent when helping us determine dimensions for the counter top and the walls.  The provider did a great job matching the paint to the rest of the laundry room and ensuring that the overall "look" was consistent with the cabinetry we had installed ourselves.

It took 90 minutes to do the electrical work and about 4 hours to complete the counter top.  The provider worked very cleanly and was respectful to our home.

We have been very pleased with this provider and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor."

"The process went smoothly and the counters look great. I was impressed with their display and slab room. We had 75 square feet of quartz installed and they did a good job through the process. David was our rep, Christian measured and Jeff installed. Each of them was able to answer the questions I had and they did a really good job on the seams. I did not realize there were so many different options and all options. Have charges for that particular option. The only concern I had with the install is I did not like the way they mounted the sink to the underside of the quartz with silicon and two boards one on each side. I actually took the boards off and replaced them to cover the full width of the sides of the sink. I would certainly use them again but would make I paid closer attention to how the specifics of how they would install the product."

"After several weeks of research and conducting interviews I ended up choosing Fair & Square Remodeling for our kitchen remodel. Communication was easy, the project manager was responsive to our questions and I felt that he was honest and upfront with the cost. We were pleased for the most part with our decision. "One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"Sears Home Improvement Products have washers and fittings to repair washing machines and such. The staff seem real knowledgeable and they were friendly with my son when my son was asking the sort of questions he asks everyone! The pricing is reasonable."
