"I was referred to WCS by the pest management company I normally use since they don’t deal with squirrels in the attic. This was one of the best referrals I’ve ever gotten! Tim from WCS arrived within 24 hours. He did a very thorough inspection of the attic spaces - even got into the hard-to-access part of the attic over the original part of the house. Tim is VERY knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was even willing to share insights on dealing with attic mice that I didn’t realize were present. He did a very thorough evaluation of the exterior of the house to identify any points of entry. In doing so, he also secured aluminum fascia and vinyl siding that had come loose over the past 21 years - all without being asked and all without charging a penny more. Since the squirrels had apparently vacated the soffit area prior to Tim’s arrival, he installed 2 traps at the point of access/egress - one to capture squirrels exiting and one to capture any that may try to re-enter. None were captured and Tim sealed the opening with aluminum. He was just great to deal with and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!"
