"Great experience. Serviceman presented a much better idea to solve my problem than my suggestion. More difficult to execute but more attractive and efficient long term solution. Cost was reasonable. I will definitely use Next Level Plumbing for any future needs."

"I hired them once. They installed a new water heater. That was a good experience. I have another project I wanted to hire them to do it. I had 7 (seven) lights were installed in my kitchen. The company that did that used Utilitech lights. (Care Electric was the one who installed these cheap crap lights. Out of those 7 lights only three still work. I wanted to hire this company to fix that. They quoted me Five Thousand dollars to install the Newblights. I did not use them as it was overpriced in my opinion. I am still seeking a company that will quote a reasonable amount to either put seven new lights in my kitchen or Replace the four that went dark. I do not like the Utilitech lights which are discontinued anyway. Care Electric did the original Shoddy work that cost a lot and did not last. This company wanted to follow their example by charging me FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to install five lights? I am not rich and live in a modest home. I must look stupid and appear to be a perfect candidate to be ripped off is all I can think. Jane G."

"The whole process took about 30 minutes. Check the whole system and added 80 lbs of salt. Updated the water and salt contains and rearranged the hard water percentage, to provide a softer water output. The serviceperson was on time and double check the system. He was very knowable and professional.

"Exceptional service! I had very smelly water so they sent a tech out to take a look, he recommended a new system I needed and I haven’t had smelly water since! Great company, the tech was on time, and very professional when explaining everything to me. Will definitely use them again!"
