"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I spent $14k having Front Range complete a sewer line fix on my house. Four months later the line was backing up again and Front Range was unwilling to warranty any of their work! Apparently they lost all camera footage on the sewer line scope and were not willing to share any notes on the job. I made several attempts to speak with the owner Quinn, but he ignored emails, voicemails and texts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"

"Curtis diagnosed the problem and fixed and verified the furnace is working correctly. He did this in just a little more than 30 minutes. His 18 years of experience was well worth it. He took apart the gas valve area and found between the gas valve and the orifice to the burner had a spider web obstructing the gas flow. The furnace works well now. Curtis was very professional and honest. Thank you, Curtis, for a great job. I had another company check the furnace last week, but the tech they sent did not have the experience to correctly diagnose the problem."

He couldn't have been nicer. I was only charged $100. for the whole thing. they have definitely become my go-to plumber!"

He did a great job updating what needed to be done (in my old 1910 home so there is always something!) and I feel very confident in their work. "Terrible experience. I had hired Mike multiple times previously and had great outcomes. Then, I wanted to replace plumbing in half of my home. He send his employee, who was a total nightmare! Screaming profanities in my home, never working, my husband ended up asking Shawn to leave. One of Bathrooms needed to be redone, because Shawn did all the work incorrectly. Mike had the nerve to tell me "he was losing money this job." Well, Mike never checked the other areas Shawn had finished. I had to redo my kitchen plumbing 5 years and ago. I also have had to replace my shower tile due to the incompetence of this company. No apologies, or accountability for the disaster. Only gaslightling, pretending to be a victim, and blaming his employee. Hire at your own risk!"

"Pure Water beat the other contractors on price and what we received as a product. We couldn't be happier with the installation. We now have hot water on demand on the opposite side of the house where it could take 5 min of water running for the water to be hot. Pure Water also installed a water softener and now our hard water is soft! Patrick who did the install was professional, personable, picked up what little mess there was, explained everything once the install was complete. We are so pleased we have them on the hook for a fireplace gas line and will have several bathroom projects going forward. We could not recommend Pure Water Services more. Thank you"
