"Our house is almost 130 years old, so we needed to have some foundation stabilization done. The company was a pleasure to do business with. From our initial consultation and beyond, every contact was courteous and knowledgeable. On the first day of the project, after removing the dirt to see the foundation, it was discovered that the existing foundation was not sufficient to support using the helical piers according to the building inspector. The dirt was all replaced and it was arranged to come back out and give me a quote for a different process using smart jacks. Due to circumstances at my local building department, the new job had to be postponed until a new permit could be obtained. Once that was done I was rescheduled and the job was completed in a day and a half. When the building inspector came to sign off on the permit, he raved at what a great job they had done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked."

"Did a great job just didn’t get my info to me or answer emails until I left a previous review which I have since updated with this better one. Nice fella just make sure you get receipt and warranty info when installed and payment."

"I needed a concrete foundation for a metal building I got installed on my property. The Wrangler Specialty Const did outstanding job building the foundation true to the specifications provided. They completed the project on time and for very reasonable price."

"I contacted Foundations First NorthWest and a couple of other contractors when an inspection revealed some foundation settling and crawl space damage. I chose Foundations First to make the repairs because they included more work, and at a lower price, than their competitors. I can't say enough about how professional everyone at Foundations First NorthWest was, from the first meeting with the sales rep to the constant communication with office staff throughout the project. Every step was completed without a hitch -- getting permits, engineering, the repair work and county inspections. The work crews worked quickly and efficiently on both the installation of stabilizing foundation piers, and also on the crawl space repairs. And they left the work areas in a very clean condition. I highly recommend Foundations First!"
