C & C has repaired roofs on short notice and been very straightforward about condition/ replacement need. "When JS Roofing cleaned our roof last year, Ivan suggested that we use their annual roof-blowing, gutter cleaning service to reduce the frequency of the need to clean the entire roof. To save money in the long run and to prolong our roof's life, we signed up for their annual service.
Ivan told us that they would perform this work in December.
December came around and we didn't hear from JS Roofing.
I called them a month or two later to find out when they would be by. I don't recall their exact answer but the answer was essentially, "soon." Another month or so went by and I still hadn't seem them so I called again to request this service. Someone finally came to clean our roof and gutters in April, much later than we had anticipated (and long past due for gutter cleaning).
The work they do is great but I'm disappointed that I had to follow-up with them multiple times for something that we were led to believe would be an annual, routine service. We have a similar arrangement with the company who tests our back flow system. We never have to call to remind them; they know to come do the work at about the same time every year.
Would I use JS Roofing again? Maybe."
