In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"

"Spoke with owner Ross about replacing two water heaters. One was showing wet stains bottom. So I decided to replace both, since they were both about 12 yrs old. I decided to replace my Bradform Whites with a more high tech water heater. I picked Lowe's AO Signature 500, which is their top electric heater. Has leak detection shut off, higher heating element, vacation mode, wifi enabled etc. Labor estimate about $1400 to replace both, and I had the water heaters onsite for install. Can't say enough how Professional his plumbing crew is. Jack and Chris did an outstanding job. They kept me informed throughout the process, and kept my home clean at all times. The install projects came out great and price as agreed. Other plumbing estimates were higher, especially comparing it to those Big Box stores. Will certainly be doing with Ross again in the future. FYI, look for a company that is willing to be open to use other brand name water heaters and not just what they trying to sell you."
