"Richard and his team were excellent. We had 3 bathrooms remodeled and he oversaw everything. His work is top-quality and fairly priced. He is very honest and hard-working; we appreciate that. My husband has managed many professional projects and is very particular; he sings Richard's praises too. We could not be happier with the 3 finished bathrooms and will be calling General American Services again. In fact, they will be painting our house in a month or two. Highly recommended and grateful to be able to support this fine business."

"Floyd was a terrific project manager. He came by every day and checked up on the work and if we were satisfied. He was always prompt about communication. Colin is an amazing tile setter and did fantastic work. He was extremely polite and professional throughout the experience. The two assistants he brought with him a couple of days were also extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend Footprints and look forward to working with them again in the future."
