No one was there to prep the condo before Freds arrival so everything was as is when he walked in the door. Additionally, we were not able to be there for the entire project. Fred and his team did a fantastic job. The flooring installation was perfect. Fred stayed in touch throughout the project and sent pictures every night. Prior to the installation, we went back-and-forth with trying to make the decision on which product to install and Fred was so supportive and helpful through the entire process.
