He then installed all new sewage and vent lines according to code. He then replaced our indoor water heater with an outdoor mounted natural gas tankless water heater. He ran all new PEX lines throughout and insulated accordingly. He provides a very friendly, respectful and professional attitude while maintaining strong work ethic. We came home one evening to find water dripping through my bathroom ceiling.  My hot water heater was leaking and we went ahead and ordered a new one.  The water heater was on the far side of the attic, very difficult to get to.  When Mike of RotoRooter arrived, he went into the attic and carefully made his way across the attic on the beams.  He checked out the water heater and found that the line had sprung a leak.  He also checked out the water heater itself and found that there was nothing wrong with it and said that it was turning on and off and that the only thing that needed to be done was to fix the line.  He changed out both the hot and cold water lines to be on the safe side.  So far, so good.  Good communication about what he found with the water heater and gave me options as far as changing out the entire water heater or just the lines.  Would use again.
