"Robin is fantastic.  I was in the process of cleaning out and preparing my father-in-laws' home for sale.  He and his family had lived there for nearly 50 years.  It had good bones, but was terribly dated. Robin came and advised me on what colors to paint every room and encouraged me to have all of the doors and trim enameled in white. She also gave me advice on what items in the house should be updated/upgraded for the least amount of money with the greatest return.  I put new knobs on the kitchen cabinets, new toilet and sink in two bathrooms, put contractor grade light fixtures throughout the house, swapped out all light switch, outlet plates, and air registers.  <br /> After all of the upgrading and painting, Robin then staged the house in such a way that helped potential buyers envision how they might use the space.  Every item from rugs, furniture, pillows, accessories, lamps, pictures etc was perfect for each room and the house no longer looked like "grandpa's", but like a  "pottery barn" showcase.   <br /> Before implementing Robin's plan, real estate agents estimated that the house would sell for around $250,000-$260,000.  After doing the painting and the upgrades and having her stage the place, the house sold in 19 days with a bidding war for $315,000. <br /> I would say she was WELL WORTH THE COST.  No doubt about it! <br /> In terms of some details. She has a team of other stagers in the area who share a common warehouse of furniture.  She uses a professional moving company to bring in the furniture and to take it out. She promptly answers her phone and returns messages.  Time to set up was about 4 hours.  The average cost per room was $200 and we bought a two month plan.  I would recommend the two months because it helps with the bank appraisal and inspection."

"She and her husband, Jeff, were really excellent. Jen is the listing agent and Jeff is the photographer/buying agent half of the team. We sold the house (Western suburbs) in 48 hours with multiple offers which is a result of the house, the market, and the realtor. Having said this, Jen was incredible to work with. She helped us (greatly) stage the house, had excellent marketing materials, and was thoroughly professional. Excellent follow-through, always punctual, very pro-active, good strategizer. "It was time to update the living room after over a decade. Emily provided a workable floor plan for a room with an unusual configuration. She worked with me to narrow down color choices that I love and that work well for the space. She went furniture shopping with me. I purchased a sofa, accent chair, and recliner chair within my budget. She paid great attention to detail and to the size of the furniture. The best thing was that she co-ordinated the fabrics in a way that really works. I would have been lost with so many choices, but with my input, she helped me make choices that make the room have the exact look I wanted. It took less than three hours with her friendly, helpful advice. <br /> We also went carpet shopping together at a wholesalers. There were too many choices, but she had some ideas and we kept narrowing down to make good use of our time. Emily co-ordinated the installation with painting and furniture delivery times. I am very pleased that the room looks modern and functions well. it has a professional put-together look. Classy, yet comfortable and inviting. <br /> Emily also helped me decide on an updated color for the master bath. It's a bright lime green, which I had doubts about at first, but now love. It's cheerful and fresh. I would have gone too dull. <br /> Emily is prompt and personable. She has a great eye for color and details. I really felt like we worked <strong>together </strong>to get the look I  wanted. I feel she is very affordable and got me a good discount on carpeting. She was also very conscious of the budget I needed to work with. <br /> I am currently working with her to get some other projects done. "My partner and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeff Norberg of Huerkamp Home Group (HHG) as our realtor. Jeff and HHG helped us sell her condo in Minneapolis and helped us buy a home in Hopkins. After our work was complete it was time to stage the home and put it on the market.
