"I noticed a woodpecker making a hole high up on the side of my house and contacted several contractors about fixing it. I told them it would require a 32’ ladder and only two were interested in the work. Ronaldo from Everlast came out the next day and gave me a reasonable estimate ($350) to replace the siding and flashing, caulk, and paint the area. His crew came the next morning and both the gentlemen were polite and very good workers. While there we discovered some siding that had started deteriorating over the years and they took photos of the area, Ronaldo gave me a bid on it, and they came out promptly on the following day (a Saturday) and repaired that area as well. "I couldnâ t be happier with the work that Pro Custom Builders did for me. I had a piece of facia come loose and needed to be replaced. Tony was able to determine the manufacturer of the original facia based on photos and some information I provided. The facia was 17 years old and I was thrilled that he would be able to match what I had on the rest of my house. When the day came to fix the issue, he walked me through his plan to safely access the area that needed to be replaced, which was on an awkward spot of my roofline between the house and attached garage. After the work was done, he explained what he did and even mentioned a few siding issues that he noticed.
