Get matched with top exterior trim repairers in Loris, SC

"Incredible experience all around. Very detailed in his work, kept me in the loop, respected me & answered all my questions. This project was porch railing repair & painting."

"

We recently purchased a 2nd home on Lake James with an exterior that is 100% cedar.  The exterior was in serious need of cleaning and re-staining.  It had not been maintained; and, had a significant amount of mold staining and several areas of the trim had the original finish peeling off.

We contracted with Mike and Crystal to prep and re-stain the exterior of our home.  Throughout the process, Mike demonstrated thoroughness, competency and responsibility.  Mike and Crystal took personal responsibility to ensure they delivered a quality product.  Mike kept his commitments and did not compromise his work product even when faced with the stripping process taking more time than he expected.  He completed the project per the schedule he committed.

Mike demonstrated a high attention to detail in the finishing process and ensured the project was completed to my satisfaction.  The home looks beautiful...we could not be happier.

I solicited bids from several paint contractors and evaluated several before selecting Mike.  His pricing was very competitive versus several other contractors; but, I never observed where Mike cut corners.

I would definitely recommend MIke's Painting and will plan to use Mike again when we have painting needs.

"On this last visit Scott Barnhill worked on our irrigation system and drainage. This had been his 6th visit or so to our property and we are very pleased with him. Each visit lasts about 5 hours for which we are charged $250.00 and he performs a great variety of services. We have had him repair plumbing leaks, install grab bars in tiled showers, install sink popups, correct improper wiring in outlets, install GFI outlets, trace wiring circuits and hang large and heavy pictures/paintings in addition to replacing the garage wall unit for the irrigation system, digging up and replacing irrigation heads and crawling under my house to investigate drainage issues. His ability to perform so many different tasks in a professional and courteous manner at reasonable rates makes him a very desirable service provider.

"Brody was wonderful. He went above and beyond what was expected. We are older and couldn’t move the furniture out of the bedrooms, so he removed the furniture, removed the carpeting from the three bedrooms, put down the new floors, cleaned them and returned the furniture to each room. He also did a wonderful job painting our doors inside and out and painting our archways. He was always on time, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns . I would highly recommend Middleton Coastal Home Investments for any home project or repairs."

"Excellent work. I am very pleased. I will hire them back again."

"Anthony and brendon were great. We were extremely pleased with the somewhat difficult job of removing a very solid octagon from the ceiling of our kitchen. They were very timely and very courteous and professional. Very reasonably priced. We have already recommended to other friends. Would definitely use them again"

"Harold Giancola provided an initial assessment of work needed which was very detailed, noting current variety of conditions of the house's wooden trim, including pictures (sent on i-phone) of sections of the trim boards that needed replacing.  In the proposal, Harold:
(1) Explained the corresponding variations in prep work needed (ie., power wash all, caulking, level of sanding, painting all, and confirmed our preferred choice of paint;
(2) Provided a fixed price quote for the painting materials, prep & painting labor;
(3) Provided hourly billing rate for carpentry labor (very reasonable), plus lumber at additional cost.
Total price of completed job was 2/3 - 1/2 less than other bids received.
Harold was responsive, hardworking and efficient.  His thorough assessment and planning kept costs down and resulted in beautiful results, and a very happy customer!

"Communication was friendly and prompt. The quotation was thorough and specific. All questions about the quote were answered in full and to our satisfaction. The work occurred at the time that was planned. The team worked well. They were fast and efficient. No mess was left on site. Many pictures of both the existing roof (with water damage) and the final new roof were provided as evidence of work performed. Respect for our mother, the homeowner, was 100% given. We are pleased and will recommend to family and to our friends. John"
