"Although they didn't complete the work it was because of my decision AFTER they provided me with the price of a repair of the microwave. Considering how old the unit was and the cost to repair would equal or exceed the cost of a new unit I chose to go with a new unit. Although I did ask them if they could install the new unit, they stated it would be a two tech job and due to current work level constraints would not be able to do so. Therefore, I went with a contractor that was approved under the Lowe's Install program eince I purchased the new microwave there. But I like Old South Appliance and will plan on using them if needed in the future."
