"Great job, quick and efficient. The crew arrived on time and worked to repair the fence posts that keep my beagle from wandering off 🙂👍🏻. Edin also gave me some ideas on prolonging the life of my deck. Thanks."

"John handled our aluminum fence install without delay. He walked the line with us first, made sure the layout matched what we wanted, and started right away. The panels went in clean, no gaps or uneven spots. He stayed on task and worked through until it was done. No talking in circles, no delays. The fence looks tight and secure. Glad we picked this crew."

"The repair guys did an excellent job. I'm very satisfied with the work. They were also timely and very professional. I will definitely use this company again."

"I am very happy and impressed with the service I received from the team at EZ Small Moves.  I was moving from a 1 bedroom apartment to another 1 bedroom apartment half a mile from each other.  All I needed was help and a van to move boxes and furniture.  I got quotes from about 5 companies, including EZ Small Moves.  The experience with this company was positive from the very beginning.  Tammy was very quick to respond to my request for a free quote.  We talked over the phone initially and then she followed up with an email summary that same day.  I didn't have to sign any paperwork ahead of time or provide a deposit (other companies did require this).  I checked in the day before the move and Tammy confirmed we were all set.  The day of my move Jordan and Justin couldn't have been nicer and more professional.  They called me 15 minutes before they were set to arrive and said they were on their way and would be about 15 minutes late.  In the Washington DC area, that's nothing!  I appreciated the heads up.  When they arrived, they moved quickly and respectfully.  They put a lot of effort into making sure my stuff was not damaged while being carried and also in the truck.  They wrapped my furniture in blankets...I didn't have to pay for this which other companies added in to the final estimate.  They put down one of the blankets on the ground when they were moving my mattress into the apartment because of the angle of the stairs - they wanted to make sure it didn't get dirty.  Very thoughtful - above and beyond!  I also didn't have to pay for travel time - another cost in other quotes.  All in all - it took 2 hours and was one of my most pleasant moving experiences ever.  Highly recommend this company!

"Maple Fence and their team made the process easy and most importantly the fence looks amazing!!"

"We had a flood in our basement caused by a water main break. The water backed up from the meter into our finished basement. Zelaya construction repaired the concrete damaged by the water, repaired the wallboard in two rooms that had to be cut away, replaced 4 doors that were damaged, replaced trim in 3 rooms, painted the rooms and selected replacement carpet that matched the previous carpet exactly. Their work was meticulous and they made good suggestions for completing. They finished in the time frame estimated. All the workers were diligent and respectful. By the end of the project, I felt like they were family. I highly recommend this company."

"The work was accomplished quickly, quietly and with a craftsmanship which is unexpected in today's market. The look of the stairs is simple, classic and very attractive, and structurally the work is absolutely solid and without a tremble or creaking underfoot. Impossible to imagine how anybody at any price could do better work. Mr. Painter is a master builder who produces exceptional work at a very reasonable price no matter if the job is large or small. We unreservedly recommend him."

"Roofing and gutter work was very efficient and satisfactory. Removed old shingles and paper and replaced with new paper, ice shield and shingles, all in the same day. Took care to protect foundation plantings and deck. All materials removed and magnetic roller used to pick up loose nails in the grass. Gutters were replaced subsequently; again all work was professional and completed quickly with all debris removed.
Skylight took some work to get the right replacement - non-standard size - but once the right replacement skylight was delivered, removal and installation was done quickly.
Tony and Hassan worked with my insurance company and the adjuster to fully identify what needed to be replaced and did the work for the amount approved by the insurance company. Tony was on-site when the adjuster arrived for his inspection and accompanied him throughout.

"Aspen Fence installed fencing around our yard a couple of years ago and more recently they repaired and replaced some fencing that was damaged by a tree that fell on the fence. In both instances they were very professional and performed the work at or above expectations and on-schedule and within the price they had proposed. They made the whole process very easy and helped with decisions that I was having a hard time making. Overall it was a great and easy experience and I would recommend them.
