I recommend going into their store to look at the selection rather than just browsing online, because they have more samples there and it's easier to see the true color of the wood in person. District Floors Depot was also flexible when there was an unforeseen power outage at our residence, and was able to reschedule us and complete the work quickly in time for our moving date. Finally, they did a really good job cleaning up and the place was gleaming and spotless after they were done. I highly recommend them!"

"Prospect Hardwood Flooring just completed installing 3/4 inch Oak wood floors at my house. The crew had to move heavy furniture, remove the rugs and padding, and remove tack strips. They carefully listened for areas where the subfloor squeaked when stepped on, then screwed those areas to stop the floor from squeaking. The installation from start to finish was flawless from my perspective. All joints are tight. Of particular note is the cove molding. The Miter joints are perfect, and I can't tell where the nails were placed. Cleanup was immaculate too. I've seen the negative reviews here, and I respect the opinions of the people who posted them. Clearly something happened when their jobs were done. When Mike came to my house to give me an estimate, I grilled him on those negative posts. I wanted to hear what he had to say. As one would imagine, there are always two sides to every story. If you are considering hardwood floors, you really need to get an estimate from Mike, and discuss any concerns you have. I'm so glad I did. The floors look amazing."

"WOW! Where do I begin? Dan and his team were amazing. We had a very specific idea for the floors in our new home construction and our builder told us it wasn't possible in our price point/a lot of work to find them and get the look we wanted. We found H & H Hardwood floor online and gave Dan a call. He was so knowledgeable, professional and informative. He was able to find us exactly what we were looking for with wide plank hardwood floors at an affordable price. Our builder really screwed up some timelines and made it super difficult on Dan to install the floors and finish the floors, but Dan was so accommodating and did his best to work around their terrible scheduling. "My son used Kustom Floors to refinish his 40-year-old hardwood oak floors. Jimmy and his team sanded the floors and stairs, meticulously replaced boards where there was a squeak, and refinished them with a beautiful satin finish.  In addition, they installed new baseboard throughout the house.  The window shades, built-in cabinets, and shelves were carefully covered to reduce dust, so when they left, the floors were clean and minimum dusting was required. Not only are they experts in their field, but their attention to detail and pride in their work are apparent in the work that they do.  "

"I always read reviews, but I am sorry to say I seldom write one. But, not to do so in the case of Magni Flooring would be a disservice to the company and to the community. I needed a quick, partial replacement of wood flooring. I called and left a message with Magni. Co-owner Marcin Toroj called me back that day and came to my house the next to discuss the project. He thoroughly explained the process and wrote a fair estimate. I immediately accepted and he scheduled the work for the next day. His installer was delayed on another job, so Marcin delivered the new wood himself. Melvin soon arrived and did an excellent job. The other co-owner inspected the work as it progressed and Marcin did so at the end. The job was completed as promised and on time. I was greatly impressed and will certainly use Magni Flooring again should I need their services. You should too!"
