"Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"

Dorel and Javier were masters of consistent communication, keeping me informed every step of the way. Their attentiveness to detail was incredible – I'd often inspect the day's work, thinking of a small touch-up, only to find they had already identified and addressed it! I was also thoroughly impressed with their good general decision-making. In instances where I hadn't provided specific input, their experience shone through in the quality choices they made for the build-out. Furthermore, whenever I did have feedback or requested changes, they were incredibly responsive and agreeable, always ensuring my needs were met. I always have a problem finding good quality Contractors, too much fraud around, so I took a chance with these guys. Mickey was on time for the estimate which is a big plus to me. Mickey took time to check my 2 bathrooms and Kitchen. My bathrooms and kitchen haven’t been remodeled for 30 years. Mickey offered me several suggestions about the layout. I decided to go with them and very happy I did. Mickey made sure the workers kept everything clean and understood what had to be done. I could see that they knew what they were doing, and they finished the project ahead of schedule. Don't waste your time to shop contractors. These guys are it! They are great and that's all that you need: no headaches, no hustle, and hidden fees. After they are finished they will properly clean up, throw debris in the garbage and leave your house with a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom! I am sure I will use the same company to remodel my garage too. Next time I will take pictures "before" and "after" and post them here."
