"John did a fantastic job on my bathroom reno and kitchen backsplash. Can't say enough good things about the work and the professionalism John and his team did. This is my 1st extensive reno in my life. So watching HGTV and searching on Pinterest for months for ideas was exciting yet nerve racking. It's one thing to see the 30 min transformation by HGTV stars and another to be putting up your own money and time. The Property Bros probably didn't want to do my tiny bathroom reno so I had to find someone I could trust. I felt comfortable with John when we 1st met. The great thing is that my original vision vs the result came out above my lofty expectations. Yes, I did go over the original estimate 'cause I had to get the nicer shower door, new tub and especially the smoothing out/matteing of the bathroom walls (which looked hideous textured in like a worn out off white - yuck). But it still wasn't outrageously over budget. Didn't put it on a credit card or anything. And it was my choice, not some potentially fake repair. Thank you, John, for a job well done. "Mark of L.A. Custom Tile recently finished the remodel of a small bathroom.  He did our master bath 3 years ago and did such a fabulous job that I did not consider hiring anyone else.  This bathroom is the only downstairs bathroom and is only 5 ft x 5 ft.  I needed it to serve two purposes: powder room and guest bathroom with a shower for overnight guests.  The only way to maximize the space was to create a "Euro" bath that is fully waterproofed and fully tiled so it can serve as a shower and a powder room.  Mark totally demo'd the old bathroom, raised the ceiling, plumbed, brought in a licensed electrician to do the wiring, installed all fixtures, and did the most amazing tile work I've ever seen.  I chose hand-made tiles that are intrinsically uneven, not knowing how difficult they were to work with.  Only a highly experienced tile perfectionist could have done the job. Mark created a bench and an inset shelf in the shower area.  The room is fully tiled: floor, walls, ceiling.  It is a gorgeous spa-bath and looks much bigger than it actually is.  I've used many contractors for remodel work; Mark is by far the best.  He is honest, reliable, and highly skilled.  I recommend him without reservation.

"After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!
