"Professional. Specialized. I had a leak and the owner, Larry, did the inspection. However, he moved some tiles to try and cover the leaking spot even though I had not hired him yet! Because of their packed schedule, I expected to split the installation with months in between. Surprise - they showed up and announced they would complete the whole roof! I liked that the individuals were specialized in their part of the project. Noise was minimal. I was at home during the process. They were careful to keep the debris in their trailer. Tarps even covered the driveway. The tile was custom cut on site as needed. I planned a whole week and it was finished in four days. The office staff was always available to answer my questions. This was a good experience."

The perimeter of the house was cleaned and free from debris after the job was completed. The new roof has weathered the recent hail storms and rain with no problems. "Superior work by a superior stucco craftsman (Nelson). Competitive pricing and all work was done exactly as scheduled. Nelson kept everything super neat over the two day project and was extremely professional. I highly recommend this company! I rated responsiveness as fair because I was frustrated by the process to get the estimate so I mention that to encourage you not to give up (I almost did) if that takes a while. Based on Angie's List reviews, I had initially recommended that a friend contact this company for stucco maintenance. That work was done beautifully and they made it happen to fit my friend's short time line. When I called them about my own home I did not hear back within a reasonable time to schedule the estimate. Then they came to look at the work needed and once more I had to reach out a couple weeks later to finally get the price and schedule the work. I believe the owner stays personally involved in the jobs (which is good) and that's the reason. My advice: if you experience something similar just be proactive but don't let that prevent you from hiring this company. The highest quality work, fair pricing and a "good guy" owner who delivered."
