"We are very satisfied with service and repair provided by Appliance MC. We contacted Alex thru Angi to repair a leaking dishwasher. He was very professional and responded within 10 minutes to setup an appointment for next day. He confirmed 30 min ahead of the appointment to say he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem and identified the parts that needed to be replaced and provided a quote and indicated it would take few days for the parts. He called 2 business days later and setup the repair date. Very quickly and competently disassembled the dishwasher and replaced the old parts and run short test for leak. Ran dishwasher load next and had not leak. We will call Alex in future for repair/service of our other appliance as required."

"MDTECH sent their repair tech Paul to figure out what the issue was. Paul thought it might be the rollers, and he was right. One of the rollers was badly worn, and in less than 30-minutes Paul; vacuumed out the debris from the roller inside of the dryer, replaced both rollers, put the dryer back together, tested it, and was back in his truck off to his next service call.
