"Trevor showed up earlier than his estimated time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. My uncle's ancient Dryer is drying again! Thank you!"

"Our home warranty company assigned MDTECH Appliance Repair to diagnose and repair our clothes dryer. They were professional, and very communicative. Serge was friendly, on time and worked efficiently to diagnose the potential issues. The parts came in quickly and he returned promptly to complete the repairs. It has only been a few days, but so far, everything seems to be working great. We appreciated their follow up and reassurance that if anything comes up, we can reach back out to them."

"Alex Senior Technician, Fixed my dryer, he was so professional and efficient. He did a great job fixing my dryer and he left everything clean with no mess. He was polite and respectful and knowledgeable. I would contract him again for any job."

"Dmitry was very friendly and knowledgeable about washer & dryers! Successfully replaced the parts that were faulty! And provided an explanation as to why it failed. Great dude, I’d highly recommend him for repairs!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Professional! He maintained our dryer very well and quickly!"

"Jim was awesome. Went out of his way to help facilitate disconnecting the washer/dryer at old location so Lugg could move them to new location. Once moved he reconditioned both machines and installed them (stacked) with Trevor another awesome guy he brought to help. Honestly they were the nicest guys! Highly recommend!"

"There was just miscommunication in the beginning. I called to confirm my appointment as the technician was now late. They didnâ t have me down for that day or any record of my call. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in.. I was told on the phone that I had a circuit to the fridge that I could turn off. He had never seen my outdated box. Finally had it repaired which was quick at that point. Knowledgeable technician though."

"They did a great job on a dryer repair. They came back to check on the repair when it wasn't drying fully and cleaned the thermostat. A+"

"Gilbert was great to work with. He was on time and completed all that I needed done, which I included the replacement of a faucet, shower head and handle on a shower door. He also replaced a thermostat, some outdoor lights and repaired some drywall in the garage. I will definitely call Gilbert again when I have house projects."
