The final bill was $101.81 which included a $4.00 part, driving all the way out here( I live in the country), labor and tax. VERY IMPRESSED! "David, the owner of Mountain Paradise Landscaping, was very prompt in responding and scheduling our service to repair our wooden fence.  He said he would be out between 8 am and 1 pm.  He never showed up nor called.  He did not call back for 4 days and then called us back the following Saturday and said he would be at our house in a half hour.  He brought the wrong sized wooden planks. <br /> His work was good and he offered to do some other work.  He did not offer any explanation why he did not show up on schedule or why he brought the wrong materials. <br /> He kept the price low and he was very friendly. <br /> I would not recommend this business. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"<p>For the past year I had been contemplating adding a gated entrance and coyote fence to make my property a bit more private. I understood this was going to be quite an expensive job so I took my time getting estimates to save some money. I really wanted to make sure I did not sacrifice quality. I saw an ad hanging on the bulletin at the coffe shop in the San Busco center for these guys and decided to give them a call.</p> <p>Long story short, I am a straight shooter and like to get to the point quickly. I called them up and spoke to Eddie. He agreed to come out and take a look at the property and give an estimate. The wall I wanted was to be 6 ft high. I also wanted pillars and a 150' coyote fence. The estimate came in at $19,000 including materials. I had been shopping around quite extensively. This was on the lower end of the estimates I had recieved. I was able to negotiate and we agreed on $17,000. I was happy with the price. The fact that this company isn't very well known yet threw me off, but Eddie seemed very genuine and was very adiment in assuring me the job would be done correctly and they would not cut any corners to ensure the quality was top notch. He also guaranteed his work for 5 years I decided to give them a shot. </p> <p>We were out of town visiting family and were only home for the first day of the job. Eddie and his workers showed up in a timely manner and began work quickly. When we arrived 2 weeks later and finally were able to see the completed fence and wall we were expremely pleased. The coyote fence came out very straight and level at the top of the poles. The wall was exactly as I had pictured it. Another detail worth mentioning is our property was spotless when we arrived home. No trash or stucco lying around. Very professional. We had to purchase the gate and have it installed elsewhere.</p> <p>In conclusion, I was nervous spending so much money, but I was being "cheap". It definately paid off in this case. "It did not start off well. The owner was very cooperative. She sent three men out to turn on the drip system and make sure that the entire area was being serviced correctly. They did nothing and it cost me $100. She took the $100 off of bill. I asked them to come out recently and it looks like they did a good job. They charged and hourly fee. It cost me $65."
