The drawbacks were that the person who assessed the situation was different from the two workmen who came to install the new garbage disposal, and that neither of the workmen spoke English. I had no opportunity to ask whether the existing disposal could be fixed (it was relatively new) or if it absolutely had to be replaced. For a $700 total cost, I would like to have been sure. Having said that, everything works as it should and my sink is working again."

Since my issue was a bit urgent, they were able to source a 75 gal water heater and by the afternoon they were able to start installation. Vincent came to do the installation and he was super friendly as well. He took care to dry up any water spillage, and tidied up and took time to answer my questions before leaving. "Our potfiller kitchen faucet began to leak at the wall. Great reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor prompted us to contact Plumbtree Plumbing. Their online appointment facility was very easy to use; an appointment was secured for the same afternoon. A very professional, courteous, and personable plumber, Bruce, diagnosed the problem and made an expert repair for a reasonable cost. We were very pleased. Bruce was genuinely concerned about our home's plumbing. Without any sales pressure at all, he and his equally expert associate, Matthew, made an inspection of our water pipes and discovered three issues: 1) the "water shutoff valve" at the base of the house was actually a gas shutoff valve!, and 2) a number of our water pipes were galvanized pipe instead of the desired/required copper pipe. While under the house, Matthew spotted issue # 3) and photographed it: one of our heating ducts had become disconnected, thus pumping hot air into the crawlspace! So, we are having Plumbtree Pumping come back to make a thorough estimate to correct items 1) and 2). (And our HVAC people will fix item 3)!) "They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

"Owner is very honest and reasonably priced. His crew does excellent work. They replaced and upgraded our old residential sewer line to the street and installed two regulation sewer cleanouts. It was a major job for our house and they did all the work perfectly, including the City permit signoff and within two days. They fully restored all landscaping and did excellent cleanup.
