On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. He was very detailed and through with his knowledge of roofs. He was our 3rd qoute as we looked for the best price and wanted a professional job done. "It went fine, but for $120 not much happened in terms of maintenance. My roof is in very good condition just few minor items called out on a prior roof inspection.  Technician applied seal around few items, and then gave me estimate to do the remaining items. Their estimate was very costly but appeared to be good quality. I did not use them for the additional work items.
