"Mark Fry is a craftsman.   He fill with epoxy all joints and cracked woods.   He stripped paint to bare wood and sanded, cut-to-fit new birch panels between the stretchers.   When finished,  he sealed the bench with teak finish.    It is beautifully restored,  ready for another 100 years of use.

He replaced around 20 rusted out footings on our balcony railings, and also removed roughly 20 bars with decorative elements and replaced them with straight bars. "Day 1 - The Tear-off crew arrived on time and began immediately.  It was discovered that main roof section had 5 layers of existing roofing material.  The crew worked a bit later than expected in order to complete the tear-off in one day rather than needing to return.
Day 2 -The Solar company installed approx. 60 stand-offs for the Solar Panels.
Days 3 & 4 - The roofing company returned to install the new roof.  The foreman said he brought a large crew to make sure they finished before the end of the week as rain was in the forecast.  This included sealing around all the stand-offs installed by the Solar Company.  
Day 5 - two man crew returned to finish re-tiling the side of the turret and complete any other work. 
Day 5 Evening (Halloween) - Rained like heck and no leaks!!
Overall the work went very smoothly.  The job site was always neat and tidy.  The finished work was of high quality.

"I first met Tony, owner of Nexxus Remodeling, soon after his lead hardwood flooring installer had come to check out my home so they could send me an estimate. My project was to rip out all carpet in my upstairs, and on the stairs from the 1st floor. Even before I had received all bids I’d sought from him and other contractors, Tony found out the floor I’d intended to buy was out of stock. He arranged for me to go to a showroom that has the best inventory and selection I’d seen in my search, and he met me there to personally assist me to find flooring I liked just as well as my first choice. I was soon able to determine that Tony’s bid was very comprehensive and reasonable, but his efforts to help me before even being hired had impressed me just as much. If you want to hire a contractor who will go to extreme lengths to ensure you end up a totally satisfied customer, Tony. He said from the beginning that he wouldn’t consider my flooring project completed until I felt that every detail had been attended to, and he meant it! Tony personally checks in frequently to monitor the project. His crew does it all (carpet removal and disposal; installation of hardwood flooring, moldings and risers; carpentry; removal and replacement of doors and furniture; and, clean up after each days work). Not only that but they removed a washer and dryer that had konked out, and brought them downstairs onto my patio, AND then they cleaned out a laundry area that had at least 25 years worth of lint and dust built up in it. I sincerely recommend Nexxus Remodeling for your next home renovation project - not just for hardwood installation (they do it all!)."

"Excellent service, attention to detail, fabric choice, and installation.  Initial sales fellow was very knowledgeable and experienced.  Received great discounting.  Custom sized awning was ready in 10 days.  Installation fellows came pre-installation to double check size and fit.  Unable to confidently comment on quality (its new!),  however, new awning looks beautiful and works with great ease.  And I got a very nice multi-year warranty with Abbott.

"James is a great guy.  He was professional, friendly, courteous and was very patient as we kept finding wood that needed replacing.  He milled the siding, replace 2x4's, removed electrical box, light switches etc.  He works very efficiently as he is paid by the hour, which worried me a little, but we are so pleased with the quality of work, the type of wood he used and his work ethic.  Absolutely and totally glad we called him!   Thanks James!
