"Started job by installing a new check valve to fix leak. Job remains untested because pool tech never returned to start pump. Sent pool cleaner 2 days later to clean pool. He reset timer on pump which never came started. Communicated that pump restart was a failure. Left 2 urgent phone messages and 2 texts but never heard from company again."
