"Jess helped us out with the huge job of replacing the entire sewer main pipe from under our house to the sidewalk given that our old cast iron pipes were corroded and kept getting blocked by roots. This was a 3 day job involving a multiple person team. We went with Jess given that his estimate seemed fair and beat out other competitors. The work ended up being more labor intensive than anticipated, as digging to the city sewer line, which should have taken hours, ended up taking a day and a half due to unseen gnarled roots and cement in the soil. Despite this, Jess and his team worked diligently, showed up when they said they would, and finished on time. They were courteous, professional, and very hard working. "The owner, Mike, came to inspect the problem (DIY mess left by me. A half threaded part of shower arm stuck behind) and then proposed a solution which he trusts his job team lead, Manuel, could improvise as needed to avoid cutting through tile walls to minimize damages (and implied later headache and hidden cost). Which all other bidders all included cutting the tile wall without patch-up post job done. Mike was a very good negotiator and flexible at coming to a bid price I cannot not wait and compare. Otherwise, I could lose the reasonable offer. Mike is like an openbook. After job bid approved, he immediately schedule the work for next day right at the table. Manuel led a team of 4 for my project. Manuel is a nice guy, very approachable and would explain any questions I had. Nicely getting job done. At the end, the staff even vacuumed the mess and no trash left behind. I would definitely invite Mike/Manuel team back should I need another new plumbing job to be taken care of."

We had a sewer back up and knew that we had major problems with the sewer lines and they would need to be replaced, a big messy job required excavation under the house and I was worried I would lose my whole garden. We got 4 quotes, widely different. Michael and Major League were the only ones who brought a camera to go through the pipes and diagnosed the problems, found the leak underground, and came up with a way to save a lot of my plants. Upon checking on leak evidence under house, found evidence of sewage &; water leakage/pipe corrosion &; we scheduled that repair for next day (different men). Job completed. Told owner that I want invoice detailing findings and work done, but all I received was e-receipts of totals I payed, ($220/$2500/$6000). He said he would send me either via email or hard copy by mail. I need for my house files. I am still waiting...but haven't contacted Ishmael Chandler since the 5/22-23/2023 job. Comment on personnel: Victor - great worker (fixed leakage). Mario and ? - Mario physically very dirty at 9a.m.) but very nice. Other man-fine. Both men very hard workers! Mario left quite a mess behind in my bathroom for me to clean up (toilet area from seal replacement)."
