"Today (3/15/22), I was fortunate to meet a young man on behalf of Percisision Garage Door of Albuquerque. Gary Lang is the technician I am talking about. He is professional, listened to my issues, and went above and beyond to help me. Gary is a bright light that customer service does still exist. Precision Garage Door of Albuquerque is very lucky to have Gary on their team. I would definitely recommend Gary Lang to my family and friends."

"They did an excellent job. He also found other things to repair as well. He did that to our satisfaction."

"All the employees that I interacted with were professional , knowledgeable and very polite. They were on time and responded to all communications and answers. The costs were more than I expected, but I have never bought a garage door before. I will definitely recommend this company to others."

"Hired him to look at my parents garage door. Although the estimate was free, he recommended we change the spring. We took his recommendation and it works perfect, now. Professional, and the work was great. 10/10 would recommend."

"ABQ Garage Doors was very professional! I called about a broken spring, and the technician arrived and repaired it quickly. I strongly recommend ABQ Garage Doors for any garage door needs."

"Aside from the delay in making an appointment, everything went smoothly.  He arrived exactly on time and cleaned up afterwards. One edge of the drywall did  not hit the stud so he worked with  a leftover piece of wood  I had  to fix that problem.  All other materials were provided by them.  The gap on the adjoining wall (between the wall and the garage door) was also covered.  Overall I was very pleased with the work.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
