It was 930am when I called. At 1030, the plumbers where knocking on my door. It was wet outside so they took the boots off and then serviced the water heater. He Re-lit the pilot and gave me an estimate on a replacement as the one I have hasn't been replaced in years. They were in and out in about 30 minutes and I only missed a couple of hours of work. "Mike Craw came with someone he was training.  They arrived on time, took up the toilet, replaced the wax seal, and then raised and leveled the toilet.  Our pipes are old so he explained that eventually the pipes would probably have to be replace because of corrosion but that it could wait.  He then cleaned out the main drain from the toilet which greatly improved the flushing capacity.  I would definitely use Craw Plumbing again."
