"We had pretty extensive damage to grout and caulking in our master bathroom shower and were considering a complete re-tile. Before we committed to such a costly and long project, we requested a grout repair evaluation from the Grout Medic. Bruce, from the Grout Medic, provided a quick and easy consultation and upfront pricing appraisal. We proceeded with the Grout Medic and are extremely happy with the results. Bruce replaced the broken grout with a new hybrid material that is better suited for this particular implementation, cleaned the grout, sealed the grout and replaced all the caulking. Now, 94 days later, the shower still looks brand new; all for a fraction of the price a re-tile would have cost. Bruce and Andrea were a pleasure to work with. "Slightly disappointed that the carpets felt a little crunchy after they'd dried and comparing the shower tile cleaning with a friend who had it done by another vendor, it could have been a little better. Also, when comparing to other companies, I thought the shower clean would be the whole shower (some companies actually will clean the glass too) but when the tech arrived on site, he said he would only be able to clean the grout. Prompt response, punctual, Small note: Slightly pushy sales tactics that I didn't like; I never actually submitted the appointment form online, I started it, but didn't complete and submit because I had some questions to discuss with spouse, however their online system must collect the personal data anyway because I got a phone call within 24 hours. The main reason I wouldn't hire again is I'd rather support a small business in the future. I gave the bigger business a chance due to radio promotions."
