They fabricated a new piece of fascia on a machine that they had brought with them. The finished fascia installation looks beautiful! Mr. Gonzales is an excellent craftsman!

"I got a call saying I was scheduled to clean my gutters yesterday, which I did not know how the appointment was set up, my internet was down for the previous 4 days and I didn't have any messages left setting a date.  The suggested dates asked during the deal paperwork had passed last week. As I was home and having the service done yesterday was fine, I advised him to come and do the job.  When he arrived as per the fine print on the deal I only noticed yesterday, they could not remove, touch have any contact with a home with leaf protection and additional charges could be possible.  He advised me I had gutter helmet and their warranty would not allow them to remove it and without removing it he couldn't do the job.  He offered a replacement leaf protection product his company sold that would allow them to remove the gutter helmet and clean the gutters and install their new product.  I advised him no thanks, I had been made aware recently that my home had some of the first generation of gutter helmet and there was no documentation for me to refer to for warranty as it has been damaged through the years by hail etc..Gutter Helmet has changed hands through the years, my neighbor advised us it was put on the house in the 60's or 70's.  The subdivision was developed in the early 50's and at that time was a high end development so most of the houses around me have this product. I advised him to cancel the job and have Angie's list refund my $99 payment already taken from my checking account immediately. He was very professional and agreed he would advise his office to do the paperwork needed for Angie's list. I didn't realize the F would be the rating, the way if was handled did not offend us and we would not rate them an F, judging only the end result we would rate them an A. Upon seeing this on our big deal history I immediately changed the score.

"The work was OK.  The contractor had an emergency in the middle of the job.  I didn't find out for three days.  I didn't know if he was gone with my money or not.  I would have given a better score if he had let me know about the emergency instead of me imagining the worse for three days.
