"My interaction with Jordan Gast (and later with the owner Jim Briley) was first rate. Jordan was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in designing a solution. He also allowed me to pester him at several later times with questions and concerns. The work done (with the company owner actually participating in the project) was absolutely first rate. They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. We are 100% satisfied with the results."

"Perfect. They had to jackhammer the concrete, install the drain inside and out,
and clean up.

"I was hoping to see what was installed at every stage of the process. Feel a little in the dark about what is buried underneath the concrete and the process. Could not reach the sales person to ask questions after job was booked. There was confusion about what was to be done exactly. The workers were diligent and helpful wiith moving some of the junk in the basement. Job was done quickly and the areas left clean."

"Our house is low and I was concerned about the increasing issues with water we were experiencing. Curt was very calm on the phone, explained what was going on and arranged a date for his team to come out to take a look. Mario came out, was very calm and thorough. He gave us some clear and simple steps to take in our yard which has stopped water pooling in the low points, and set a date for the water proofing work in the crawlspace. Curt gave us a reminder call a few days prior to the project starting. Jonathan and team came out on time and they worked incredibly hard over the next two days in a tight space. They were friendly and so pleasant. The day after they finished up, we had a heavy rainfall and the crawlspace stayed dry! Best of all, the space has already lost that musty odor! Thank you, Sundry Waterproofing!"

"I was very pleased with the guys and service they did. Removed insulation and replaced some bad spots of wood. Encapsulated and left it looking great! My a/c guy came in and was happy it was so clean!!!"

"I had a really great experience with 58 Foundations. From the inspection to the final work, the communication was excellent and overall quality of people and service was 5 star! I highly recommend!"

"Very professional did an amazing job, the weather messed up the concrete and they fixed it next day with no issues"

"We needed a new vapor barrier in our crawl space and our vents sealed. They cleaned out the entire crawl space and replaced our vapor barrier. We were also having issues with some of our crawl space vents allowing small animals in and out of the crawl space. A Best Dry Waterproofing quoted us significantly less than a competitor and began work immediately. The work took about two days and they gave us updates on their progress and stressed that our satisfaction was their only concern - I must have heard this from them at least 5 times. After they wrapped up the job at our house and headed to another job I had another specific question that required they be at my house. This was about 7:30 in the evening and they insisted on stopping by after they finished their previous job that evening to make sure that I had the answers I was looking for. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of similar work."

"We recently used Vasquez Waterproofing to correct a water drainage problem at our home. Their team was very responsive, professional & we were pleased with their work. They showed up on time, did a great job, completed it the same day & left our property clean & the same way it was before the job was as started. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to use their services. Terry H. Decatur, Ga"

"EverDry waterproofed our garage/basement area, installing drainage channels and an EZ Breathe system. Everyone we spoke to was helpful, easy to work with and prompt for house calls. We also appreciated the COVID precautions taken at the time (early 2021). The work was completed quickly, as expected, with minimal interruption, and prompt follow up for any outstanding items to be addressed. Thanks EverDry! Alice S."
