"Had some of the siding on my chimneys replaced/repaired. The job was difficult because of the hilly terrain and location of trees near the house. Ty and his team did a great job with the project as well as cleaning up afterwards. He also provided great communication as I was on vacation during the job. He sent pictures daily as well as let me know if there were delays due to the weather. My neighbor was also very complimentary of how helpful and friendly the team was. Will definitely recommend to others who have similar needs."

"Yury and crew have completed 3 major projects at our home, all done to perfection including complete upgrade and remodel of two separate large indoor spaces(absolutely beautiful) and an exterior repair requiring significant deconstruction with high quality permanent and waterproof refinish. I have never had such a professional and also personable individual do any project, home repair or remodel in 43 years of home ownership. Also to state, I am no novice in construction myself, and Yury is always willing to listen to my input or suggestions and experience, even though he is extremely high quality and experienced himself. I truly respect his heritage and how he treats his co-workers and teammates. LTB is currently doing a complete overhaul, repair and upgrade of a family memberâ  s A-Frame, also impeccable to date. "We had a small project that we wanted done being disabled I was not able to do it. We had two old window shutters above the garage that we wanted replaced. Called Tim on a Thursday an said they could do it the next day Friday. Tom came out an completed the project. We are extremely happy with the work he completed for us. "The technician caulked the windows using caulk I provide but unfortunately he missed several areas and had to come back to complete the caulking. The quality of the caulking was poor in places with some missed joints and some caulk was on the window glass. The technician replaced my antenna amplifier with one I supplied and improved my re epitomizing from 14 channels to 70."

"Tom did a great job installing a replacement microwave and trim kit into a custom built cabinet, replacing a really old bathroom exhaust fan and replacing 8 electrical outlet boxes from 2 prong to 3 prong outlets. "Curant Construction did an excellent job replacing our roof. The owners were very professional, competent, and their customer service was outstanding. After our insurance company said there was not enough damage to replace both our house and large detached garage, they took complete ownership by calling the adjuster to walk the roof with him to ensure a detailed inspection was completed in which resulted in replacing both roofs. They handled the insurance replacement process and even went back to our insurance company to have our Gutter Shutter hoods removed so they would not be damaged. On installation day they arrived bright and early with their crew and completed both roofs in 8 hours to beat the rain. Our new roof is beautiful and expertly installed.
