"Being a woman homeowner is hard. I usually have to steel myself for any home repairs I hire someone for as it usually involves a man talking down to me or assuming I’m not the decision maker. Nathan was kind, respectful, and communicative. He answered my questions as I had them, and spoke to me ad a collaborator. You would do well to hire Triangle Plumbing."

25 years in plumbing and pipefitting

"It was a great deal and I'm glad we had it done. The crew did the assigned work quickly and efficiently, reporting the results to me and answering my questions about other work. They offered me an alternative for rodding the waste stacks and we are considering it. There was no heavy pressure, just good information and description. It's more expensive than what we are doing now but the technique looked interesting so I will pursue and get back to them. Even if we don't do the hydroblasting we may still use this company for the rest of our work."

"We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. It was satisfactory. I had some extra work done, so I paid more. They replaced another outside faucet, and I had to fix a sump pump piping, they replaced the drain pipe for the secondary sump pump,  and I had to do some repair work on the bath tub. I paid 700 Dollars. The quality of service was good. It took them a while to get back to me, I guess they may be busy. He cancelled once, and showed up the second time. He was very knowledgeable, and I would use him again if I needed."

"The young lady that I spoke to (twice) was very pleasant. I TOLD her it was a very small job and if they were too busy, perhaps they could recommend a handy man or someone who specializes in "little" jobs. She assured me that someone would come out and take a look. NEVER happened, no phone call. Very disappointing."
