"I had a problem with the smell coming off a GE combo washer/dryer that I had just bought. I was so worried that "smell" wasn't something you could get help with. I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Everyone was a s nice as they could have been. Thank you so much, Sterling Appliance!"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Wizard did a great job. I hired Wizard to project manage the purchase and delivery of a new refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, and the removal of my old appliances. I also had them install the new appliances. I could have done this all directly with Lowe’s or Home Depot, but I had a terrible experience a few years ago getting a new washing machine, and given that I was getting a whole kitchen’s worth of appliances all at once, I just wanted someone to make sure it went well. Mohammad send a technician to measure the space and then suggested and ordered appliances based on what I had said I wanted. The two of them arrived the morning of the installation to disconnect the old appliances and then install the new appliances once ready. They are very personable and energetic and got everything done within three days of my first contacting them. I am very happy."

"We have used Manjit Singh for many years for any problems with our appliances and have always been happy. Recently our air conditioner went out and we used his services for this too. We received the same excellent advice and service from him for the air conditioner that we have come to expect. He always shows up at the time he tells you (no waiting around during a "window" of hours) and will give you honest advice about whether to repair or replace. We highly recommend Mr. Singh for any of your appliance and HVAC needs."

"Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit. We will call Matt for our future needs."

"McCarthy's tech and office provide quotes for repair and replacement alternatives for my gas furnace, on a Saturday morning. They arranged for a replacement gas furnace financing before the technician left, and scheduled install for early next week. Thanks guys."

"I am updating my review of 07/11/2023. Since that writing, Appliance Repair Leaders, LLC reached out to make the situation we were dealing with right. I appreciate their follow-through. While the promptness of the planned visits was not good, the technician did continue to try to troubleshoot the problem in the end, and the company refunded a portion of our money. I would recommend them."

"I have been using Airflow for the last 10 years since they installed my replacement HVAC system. They notify me 20-30 minutes before they arrive that they are on the way. They are almost always on time. Their work is professional and efficient and they are friendly and polite. They do the work they are supposed to do. Then they let me know what they did, whether they found any problems, recommendations (if any), and show me a softcopy of a detailed bill. They take my credit card for payment on the spot and email me a receipt. I have an annual service contract with them that gives me a discount on any replacement parts and labor and I am always at the head (or near the top) of the list when I call."

"At 5pm on New Years Eve, I came home to a 45F house after vacation. Our nearly-new furnace was out and all the obvious tricks to revive it did not work. I called Argent, which had been recommended on our neighborhood listserv, for an emergency visit. William Morgan called me back within an hour of leaving a message with their after-hours line and spent a very patient half hour on the phone, reviewing the photos my husband was texting him, diagnosing our issue, and helping us get our furnace up and running again. I could not be more appreciative or impressed. Further, I was not charged for this assistance. Absolutely exemplary service that went beyond what was called for."
