Came out the next day after I called (would have come out that day but my schedule wasn't open) when it sounded like my motor was laboring- once the weather turned cold, it struggled to lift and stopped about halfway. Mario came out - he was great - didn't try to sell me anything like a new part or motor, but said I just needed to grease the trolley area and side tracks and spring (which he also tightened). Honest and gave me good advice for preventing this issue (if anyone reading this has similar issues, remember to use grease and wd-40 once a year or when the track is dry to save you a repair visit). Used the mailer $20 coupon which is always available. Recommend them very highly."

We truly appreciated Nicoleta’s design expertise and knowledgeable guidance on choosing bathroom fixtures, and her overall warm and approachable personality, which made this project also really fun. In fact, over the course of working together, we have come to appreciate each other deeply and have come to view Nicoleta and Chris as friends of the family. No major construction project is without bumps and stress along the road, and ours was no exception. What mattered is that we were always able to rely to the GSB team to do their best to rectify any problem and solidify our trust. "Working with Mahive was a pleasure. She provided detailed 2D drawings and beautiful 3D renderings and Commercial Building Permit. Any questions I had were answered quickly. She was able to come up with multiple options for a bathroom space which is very limited in space. Her 3D renderings were very helpful in assisting me to make decisions. Great knowledge about county codes and requirements. We got our permit in 2 weeks and they did drawings for 2 weeks. In a month she completed my whole work. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Mahive again, it was a wonderful experience."
