"Garry painted the entire exterior of our home 5 years ago. We were so impressed with his conscientiousness & work ethic we hired him again to pressure wash & recaulk some areas that were cracking & to seal some areas near the foundation. He works with the home owner to accomplish what they ask for & does not over sell. He shares his experience about which of the best products (paint, caulk, etc) to use that will last. His communication is excellent. I would definitely recommend Garry. I wish I could clone him for plumbing, irrigation, HVAC, and electrical repairs."

"I hired these great contractors to do extensive work on my house. they re-did the exterior vinyl, re-did my floors and bathrooms, as well as extensive drywall and painting. Along the way there were many things that they fixed and improved just out of proffesionalism. They were on time, kept me in the loop and gave me productive ideas, and were proffesional and trustworthy in every way. personally I found them to be good people and enjoyable company. their pricing was very competetive and I felt at the end of the project that I was lucky to have found them. I Love the upgraded version of my house that they helped make. I would hire them again, or recommend them to anyone."

"Tropical Handyman painted a couple interior rooms. Chris was very personal and professional. I would absolutely hire him again. He was very knowledgeable about home repairs."

"Hired this contractor for vinyl siding repair and power washing the house. Fast, excellent work, fair price, and easy to deal with. I would hire them again."

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."

"Excellent. John Gallagher was the best at repairing my trims. Prompt efficient and professional."

"Gary was professional, on time, gave input on quality door materials. He coordinated with our realtor representative for an expedited installation. The new door will definitely increase curb appeal for our upcoming sale. Would recommend."

"The person that came out was very nice. Door had to be re-repaired within two days....was not happy but am now satisfied. Person did a good job"

"The tile looks spectacular. The lines are perfect, the grout is thin. Everything was done exactly as I wanted it done. George was very careful with out things and somehow managed to lay the tile in a way that we had access to all parts of the house through out the entire process. We have four dogs and they all loved George, which is important because it took about 20 days to complete the work. I was able to let George in and leave to run errands. A couple times, he left before I returned and locked up for me. The point being, George is very responsible and trustworthy, something difficult to find these days. George showed up everyday and worked a full day, without exception. He called or texted when he would be late. He did a couple of extra things for me (no charge) just because he's a nice guy. He helped me install an over the stove microwave and resized the granite backsplash to fit the larger microwave. He also carted off some building materials we were going to have to take to the dump. He knew I was having a hard time finding quality tile and recommended a vendor who had very nice, high end porcelain tile. I mentioned George's name and got a discount. George also picked up the tile and brought it to my house. We originally contracted for a small project - the bedroom tile installation, front entry replace wood with tile, and bathroom tile repair, but we were so pleased we decided to replace all the wood with tile. George adjusted his schedule so he could accommodate our change of plans. I'm sure there are tile installation professionals out there that would have done the work for less than what we paid, but you get what you pay for and when it is a big job you need to hire the best."
