Luis holds a General Contractor license, Home improvement license, alongside with other licenses. He has an electrical company and has been supervising construction sites for years now. Rony Mendez, also has an Electrical License with multiple other licenses and has a Security Systems company. He has been supervising construction sites alongside with Luis for years. They have been working together for so long that they do not only consider each other business partners but also family. "The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."
