"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

After this visit, we had the installation electrician who had done our porch lights during our renovation back to check up on the porch lights also. He discovered a nick in a wire that had been causing intermittent failure at the affected switch. So we had that additional issue that was easy to fix once we discovered it.
