"Security Gate and Access, LLC has highly technical expertise in the repair and operation of automatic gates. I have had my gate for 25 years...and over that period of time I have worked with several different gate repair and security companies. Let me just say that not all companies have the expertise they advertise. I chose Security Gate this time because of it's excellent Angie's List reviews. <br /> Mike, the owner, listened to the description of the problem I was having. He was able to send Jake out the next day. Jake was on-time, professional, and was able to isolate and show me the problem within the Service Call time allotment. He ordered the needed control board. <br /> It took a week to get the part and reschedule another service call. Jake returned, replaced the control board and was able to get the system working again. He is a real pro!   <br /> I am impressed that Security Gate did not try to talk me into services I didn't need. They fixed the problem without saying I needed to replace the entire gate arm etc. <br /> I also worked with Diane who is in charge of the office. Her billing and invoicing system works efficiently, and I had my paid-in-full receipts within minutes of processing my invoice. <br /> If I need gate repair again in the future, I would use Security Gate and Access again. <br /> <br />"

"I think their vet services are fairly new. We've just been using them for a couple of years now but we like them. It's a one-stop pet store. They got veterinarian services and dog grooming. I haven't used them for boarding yet. They are trying to get their boarding started and when they do, we'll use them. Our animals aren't hesitant to go there. In some vets and groomers once we get there, the animals see it and want to get away. We haven't had that trouble in this place at all."
