"5 stars! From the initial visit and estimate, to the completed job, AJ Waterproofing was professional, friendly, and honest. I had to install a French drain in my crawl space, since the existing sump pump was in the center of the floor, on a sloped foundation. No water ever made it there. They also washed the walls for mold, sealed up vents, and installed a dehumidifier. When I needed an electrician to run a line for the dehumidifier, they recommended Mike, who was also amazing. While doing the work, they placed plastic on the floors and furniture, so no dust or dirt made it through the crawl space access while they were working. They even built a ladder to gain access to the crawl space, instead of having to bring one out and set up to get down there. Highly recommend!"

"3/2019 they installed new toilet and replaced drain pipe in my basement utility sink. He picked up the parts from Home Depot and installed as promised in a efficient and professional manner. On 8/8/2020 I called after having no hot water and not being able to get the pilot to light on my hot water heater. Mr. Georgini was was patient and helpful. He asked me to send a picture of the water heater control and talked me through the process staying on the phone until my problem was resolved. Pilot was just slow to ignite. Although I did have to prove to the repairman after he unclogged the drain and said he was finished, that there was still a leak by putting a paper towel underneath the pipe. 15 minutes later after going to his truck 3 times, he found the leak and stopped it. Then the job was done. The price was fixed depending on the problem. Time had nothing to do with the price. He was here less than 30 minutes."

"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."
