"Mark Molesevich and his team from Colebrook Construction worked efficiently, and effectively for this basement remodel that included a new downstairs bathroom, a beautiful new stairwell, and an upstairs hallway remodel and bedroom addition. We liked their availability, and their open communications, discussions, suggestions and recommendations. Everyone involved was so very knowledgeable and easy to work with."

"The project began mid-Sept 2024 and was never fully completed, even though it stretched into 2025. We worked with a designer on detailed plans, but the workers ignored them and followed only photos, causing major mistakes and rework. For example, they missed the pot filler in the coffee bar plans and had to reopen the wall for plumbing. Poor planning also left us with a smaller bathroom than before, despite our request for a larger one. They repeatedly ordered the wrong items and acted as if we wouldn?t notice when trying to install them. We had to inspect their painting because they left unfinished areas and paint runs. The ceiling fan was never installed?we had to do it ourselves. The project manager, who promised oversight, was rarely present. Combined with repeated errors and overcharging, it was a frustrating experience. Too many issues to list. I do not recommend this company."

"From time I read his reviews of other's I couldn't wait to meet JERRY. After having weekly consultations we were convince we made the right decision without meeting with anyone else. His ideas and suggestions matched our thoughts perfectly. There was no rush on his part for us to make a quick decision. Our original idea was to only have a center island installed and possibly refurbished our 45 year cabinets. But his price quote and latest design in cabinets, plus removing an existing wall that separated the dinning room and kitchen will provide more light and space, plus it will upgrade our home to more of a modern look. To meet a contractor unknown for the first time it was a joy to have chosen DAUGHTRY CONSTRUCTION."

"I was well satisfied with this company. Dean worked with us by going with us to pick out what we needed to do a complete bathroom makeover. His knowledge on purchasing everything needed was a huge benefit. We were satisfied with the estimate he gave us compared to several other companies. The workers who did the demolition and installation were fantastic. They informed us each day on what they would be doing. Each day they made sure everything was clean before they left. I highly recommend them."

Workers were courteous, clean and good at solving challenges in our 150-year-old home. We were happy with their support of our militaryveterans and have recommended them to friends. They even followed up a few months later to check on our satisfaction with their work."

"I will never hire them again or recommend them to anyone. While the quality of the material purchased to do the porch was very good, their attention to detail was quite lacking. There was never any trim put around the base of the porch, the holes were not even filled in properly where the concrete piers were placed. The roof repair, which was supposed to be done, consisted of adding several 90° elbows to each of the roof vents, which did seem to fix the issue, but the $1,000 charge for that is a little excessive. The last little bit was the relocation of an outdoor water faucet, which appears to have been done, at least from the outside, but none of the plumbing was ever done inside to hook up that attachment, so it is nothing more than decorative at this point. I feel like I was excessively overcharged for some of this work and some of the work was never even completed."
