"DFX did and excellent job. I helped my sister, Rebecca Morris get her sagging floors and foundation repaired on her home. We worked with Bryan Patrick from DFX. Bryan was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about his product and services as well as the repairs that were needed. He answered all our questions, was very punctual and accountable both before, during and after the work was completed. His team did an outstanding job leveling her floors, bracing the support beams and replacing bad floor joist. I would highly recommend DFX to anyone needing repairs on floors and foundations. Bryan and DFX were also the best price. They created drawings, and shared what all would need to be done, they were courteous and did excellent work. I would certainly use Bryan and the DFX team again. I give them 10 stars for making my sister happy. She is 84 years old and didn't have anywhere else to turn and DFX came through. "I am very disappointed with The Foundation Specialist. Their price quote was more than double that of a competitor, which raised concerns from the start. I canceled the contract within the 72-hour period as allowed under the Federal cooling-off rule, yet more than 10 days later they have failed to refund my $5,500 deposit. I have called multiple times and was repeatedly told that the sales manager would contact me, but no one has followed up. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor a lawful cancellation is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone."

"It went great! They were very professional and were here when they said they would be and cleaned up behind themselves. We did have a minor leakage problem with the first rain, but we called and they were back here within a couple of days to fix the problem and we have had no leakage since. I was impressed that they handled the call back so quickly, which to me, says a lot about their integrity. The company that did our original waterproofing has left Kentucky and our "lifetime" transferable warranty is now void, so having been burned once we were a bit leery, but they proved to be a very reliable company. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again."

"Very disappointed with my experience. Everything related to the actual work is very rushed. They have supervisors come out before the job is finished to sign off on the work. No one showed me any pictures or talked through what was done at the end. I had to ask one of the foreman as he was leaving if he could show us what was done. He seemed surprised I would ask. As a result we were left with an incomplete repair, trash on our property, and damage to our property. I had to call the salesman to get him to come out and he agreed what we had been left with was atrocious. If I hadn't called we would have been stuck with shoddy work, trash, and damage - that's their standard. We scheduled a call back that was a month out to give them plenty of time to get organized and make sure we were getting what we paid for. I was supposed to get refunded for part of the job and I've never seen a dime. The salesman was good enough to include another jack free of cost which I really appreciated. But on the morning of the call back, the crew had no idea about the jack or where to put it, so it was another morning of trying to light a fire under these people to keep their word. This isn't a dishwasher on the fritz, this is my home and tens of thousands of dollars. The lack of organization and respect for me and my home is inexcusable. So I wrote an email to the GM, thinking he'd take some ownership of what had happened and I'd at least get an apology and they'd work internally on improving. Not only did I not get an apology, he was defensive and said it was a "good repair." If that is the standard of a good repair, I'd hate to see a bad one. I'm going to have everything inspected by a structural engineer and will go from there. I've been treated with more respect buying fast food. Spend your money elsewhere."
