"There was a bad water leak and time was a factor. He was able to do it the next day after the quote. He charged 800 dollars for what turned out to be 2.5 hours of work. In order to save him time and effort, actually, he used plastic piping instead of copper and then argued his way out of it after he was told that we wanted copper piping and expected quality materials to be used in the job since it cost so much. Overall, it was a complete rip off. <br />"

They came in, inspected the water heater. gave us recommendations, and then let us know of the cost and time frame in which they would be able to replace it. There were absolutely no messes to clean up after their repair, and the staff were extremely nice. We have had our new water heater for 4 months now and have had no problems. The sink is beautiful and I'm very happy that they took the time to install it for us. Overall I am happy with the services of 3D Plumbing.
