"If you're looking for an honest man, Antonio is the guy. He was very attentive to me and my concerns. Anyone that gets 5 stars from me deserves 6 stars. I am super particular. I had a leaky skylight. The other contractors I saw never even gave me an estimate to repair what I thought was a simple leak. Antonio laid it on the line. The 2 skylights needed to be replaced. It took me 1-2 months before I decided he was right. The plastic skylights were 32 years old and my neighbors had theirs replaced a number of years ago. When I figured the cost of the materials involved (former accountant) and the labor (4 men, 1 day) I realized the price was very reasonable. "Very professional, cleaned up after themselves, very quality work.  They had offered me two options for the project, the point of which was to enlarge the area in the stairwell to make it easier to move things up and down to the second floor.  One option was simply to put in a larger, taller door (which option I took), but they also offered to move the staircase and shorten the landing.  The estimate separated the two options so I could choose which or both I wanted.  I have a larger project in mind for this summer, so I will be calling them for this as well.

"Cully removed old walls in a hallway and installed new sheetrock, did
all of the prep work and painted.  The job required removing and
restoring a great deal of molding, and he was careful to try to preserve
as much of it as possible.  He replaced the few pieces that could not
be saved and reinstalled all of the freshly painted molding.  He also
arranged for an electrician to install several new outlets and new
hard-wired smoke detectors. The job had to be done on a very specific
time schedule, and there was no room for schedule shift. Both Cully and
the electrician complied perfectly with the timeframe and by working
late, completed the job in record time.
