"Ryan initially did an acceptable job with the overall master shower job. The problem - I requested a change in grout color along the outside of the shower area along the floor as it dried to a poor match with the original tile floor grout color . I was promised that he would come back to complete this simple adjustment using a different grout color. Simple fix! After many attempts to contact him, he has failed to call or text me back. He has totally blown this off! This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Don't disrespect customers by making empty promises. I am very disappointed with him personally and I will not use Grout Medic or recommend the company to individuals."

"Very good service as to the cleaning itself -- would recommend wholeheartedly. Only problem was that they never called to say they were accepting the offer or to schedule a visit. Then they showed up unannounced on a day I specifically asked via Angie's List that they not come. Only one employee did the work, but he did a super job. I recommend anyone using them to call and make the effort to communicate -- it was lucky that my plans changed and I happened to be home when they came."

"The quality of the work was excellent. This was the 2nd time we've used the company and were pleased with the work both times. This time there was one concern -- we had originally scheduled a date for cleaning and moved a lot of furniture to be ready and get the maximum amount of carpet cleaned. Charles called 5 minutes before the scheduled time to let us know he was sick and could not clean the carpet that day. We understand things come up -- but if we had had even 30 minutes of notice it would have saved us some backstrain."
