Steve even replaced and wired a sealed led unit in my bathroom shower stall before they blew the insulation at no charge. "Todd and Annette are the owners of Accuclean. They are also the same people who come to your house and clean your carpet, so you know they are going to stand behind their work. I called Accuclean because Accuclean cleans the carpet at our preschool and we have always been very satisfied with the job. If you can get a preschool's carpet clean..... :-) <br /> Normally I dislike the experience of having my home carpets cleaned because the cleaners are late, I feel like I'm being upsold and I'm not always 100% happy with the results. Not with Accuclean! They arrived on time, calling on the way to confirm they were coming. Several of my rooms had heavy traffic areas that practically looked new when Accuclean was finished. Their cleaning methods eliminated some weird spots developing in another room--with children, who knows what was causing the spots? Accuclean was also honest--in fact, they did not stain treat my bedrooms because they said the carpet didn't need it and it would be a waste of my money. Annette also gave me some suggestions to help keep my carpet looking good for as long as possible. When they left, they reminded me several times that if I saw any spots once the carpet dried to call and they would come back to correct the problem. They did a great job cleaning, my house looked like I recarpeted!! <br /> Accuclean's cost was several dollars more than one of the national chains, but the difference in service was <strong>worth every penny</strong>. Over time, I will save money using Accuclean because they will help keep my carpets looking new longer and won't sell me products I don't need. I will definitely be using Accuclean to clean my carpets in the future! <br />"
